During the school holidays, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Handball opens its doors to all young handball enthusiasts wishing to be immersed in the red and blue sphere for a week.

The Academy welcomes all girls and boys between the ages of 10 and 17, beginners or experienced, during intensive training camps, who wish/ want to improve their handball skills while living a sporting and human adventure, keeping in mind the values of excellence, pleasure and personal development.

These training camps are supervised by professionals whose objective is to help the young people progress technically, but also to develop their personal development by putting them at the heart of the project. For a better result, two or three groups are formed by age group and by handball level. During the training camps, the staff can propose to one or several players to change group in order to develop further.

THE CAMPS TAKE PLACE FROM
SUNDAY EVENING (ARRIVAL AT THE CENTRE) TO FRIDAY EVENING (DEPARTURE FROM THE CENTRE).

The full program :
This week of training is intended to be instructive and effective. The days of the youngsters are therefore rich in emotions on a sporting and social level.

A typical day at the Paris Saint-Germain Handball Academy :

• MORNING :
  Thematic training sessions based on individual skills / Video sessions
• AFTERNOON :
  Collective sessions / match
• EVENING :
  Evenings and games around handball

Immersed in the life of a professional athlete, the youngsters will discover that respecting rest periods and a healthy lifestyle are very important factors for performance. For this reason, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Handball is keen to make the players aware of the importance of physical recovery and nutritional balance by integrating rest periods and healthy, balanced meals into their schedules.

The visit of the Pierre de Coubertin stadium, headquarters of the professional team.

Attend a championship match if it takes place at home or a training session (except in July because the players are resting).

An outfit : Shorts and t-shirt with the image of the "Paris Saint Germain Academy Handball" offered.

Optional: 3 English lessons tailored to handball and professional high-levelsport

Participants immerse themselves in the world of handball... in English!

They work on specific vocabulary related to the game, learn to describe actions and strategies, and practice conducting interviews before and after matches. Using clips from matches, they analyze tactics and phases of play, and practice speaking spontaneously in realistic situations.

Each session is fast-paced, immersive, and entirely focused on comprehension and oral expression, so that participants can interact with coaches, referees, and international media with ease and confidence.

An exclusive program combining Acadomia's expertise and the excellence of PSG Handball, for a different way of learning... like a pro.
